🔒 help installing python program- zero experience

hi! i hope to god i'm in the right place.
i am a biology student and i can barely grasp R let alone Python, but i'm having a predicament. there's a program called Nestedness for Dummies that used to be hosted in a website, but upon checking it has been down for days. the good news is the article about it has the code and instructions, but i am totally lost on how to get it to work: https://www.jstatsoft.org/article/view/v059c03
