#🔒 GPU Acceleration doesn't seem to work

i'm using these parameters-- i'm no expert everything is googling and ai search

    clip.write_videofile(
        output_path,
        fps=FPS,
        codec="hevc_nvenc",
        audio=audio_path,
        audio_codec="aac",
        bitrate="12000k",
        threads=16,
        preset="slow",
    )

I'm currently using hevc_nvenc, previously I've been using libx265, and both seem to have a speed around 150ti/s, is this normal behaviour !?? I'm on CPU core i7 12gen and 3k80Ti
