#🔒 how to fix corrupted PATH in VSCode

I just updated to the latest version of vscode and now I've got malformed PATHs in any git-bash terminal I open inside of VSC.
Here's what happens if I echo $PATH

C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda3vs\sb3;C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda3vs\sb3\Library\mingw-w6in;C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda3vs\sb3\Library\usin;C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda3vs\sb3\Librarin;C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda3vs\sb3\Scripts;C:\Users\MY_NAMEnaconda

Anyone know how to fix this vscode issue? Note it only causes issues with my git-bash when opened from vscode.
