I want somebody to improve & execute a piece of code on Blender for me, since my PC doesn't support Blender (at least a greater version than 3.3).

A) try to define "improvement"; this is very ambiguous.
what goal do you have in mind?
is it readability, run-time, or scalability? maybe some other critiria?

then, ask yourself is that improvement really necessary? for example,

let's say you're trying to improve the runtime/execution of the code and it finishes in about 1.2sec - why do you need it to execute faster? do you even need it to be faster?

B) This forum exists to help others understand and solve problems. not to code for them.

if you're having difficulties coding something or a specific problem you're facing, feel free to ask.
But please do read this server's guidelines.

C) this post seems a bit weird. if your PC doesn't support blender, why work on code that you can not run/use?

tldr; be specific, and no, others will not code for you. they may help you, but they're not here to replace you.
