🔒 Trying to get Noise (in red) to better plot to the normal data at noise levels of 0.1

As the message says, I am currently trying to run the csv data so it adds noise. However, I belive these erratic y value noise points is skewing the data. Does anyone have recommendations or ideas of what can be done?
