Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
Hey @uneven olive!
Make sure you put your code on a new line following py. There must not be any spaces after py.
Here is an example of how it should look:
```py
print('Hello, world!')
```
This will result in the following:
print('Hello, world!')```
https://paste.pythondiscord.com/DGMQ this is the module
https://paste.pythondiscord.com/CIGA and the error
pathlib.Path(filename).mkdir(parents=True, exist_ok=True)
pretty sure this casues the file to become a folder
and then you try to open the folder as a file with "wb"

open that "object - EVERYTHING" in your windows explorer and take a look.
what you miss is a .parent before the .mkdir
empty
hm it shouldn't be empty, if it reached that far
yes, that should create only the folders up to but exculding the actual filename
