Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
Search for "mindfulness" as a keyword.
There are meditative techniques, and apps (like Headspace), which are effective. At least for me.
Otherwise, not really something for the help system. Maybe ask in off-topic channels
I personally like the book “the courage to be disliked” by ichiro kishimi and fumitake koga. I haven’t finished it yet but so far it’s a really good book that is structured in such a way that it’s a pupil talking to a philosopher about things such as emotional control
