well, technically ChatGPT probably isn't wrong as your sample size might be small, just someone else achieve better with the same sample
You should probably post your code on how you train it
From my limited knowledge, it could because those people fine-tune the training better to produce a more accurate result
Try to optimize you Hyperparameters... look at the data and deal with outliers, check if everything preprosessed correctly. validate the data before training
share the ml code and have you tried scaling the data?
