You should downgrade to python 3.12.x
If you really dont want to do that you can install audioop-lts but this is a "hacky" fix and does not guarantee that other things will work in 3.13
Or you could see if the master branch of whatever library you are using supports 3.13

audioop was deprecated and removed from the standard library, for context.
