There is tkinter, which is available in Python's standard library. If you don't like the way it looks, it can be skinned.

There's Kivy, Arcade, Beeware, PyGame and probably others.

As sometimes slightly obnoxious as it is, tkinter is generally a good place to start, being a standard library module.

But you don't have to.

Experiment with different libraries and see what suits you.
