im getting this error

changing the working directory fixes that for me

which i'm pretty sure runs its processes in an entirely different location

you dont have your extensions enabled, in reality your Notes file's name is actually Notes.txt.txt

on file explorer, select view and then click on the right hand size "show file extensions"

You can remove the .txt extension from the file to fix it since it's already a txt file

i'd highly recommend you to enable your extensions tho

that will show you that the file is actually Notes.txt.txt
