Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
here is a transcript of the code ant=0
cont=0
n=int(input("type a number: "))
while n>0:
dig=n%10
n = n//10
if ant == dig:
cont+=1
ant=dig
if cont >= 1:
print("there is repetition")
else:
print("there isn´t")
You could not initialize ant as 0, but as something else, like None
I didn´t know you could start something as "none" thanks so much
