I don't think there is a command for that

You could look in the packages folder to see when the files were last modified though

generally the version matters way more than the time of install though

should be somewhere within appdata if you're using windows then

check 'pip --version' then check next to that folder

My pip command dosen't work but when I do pip3 it works. Is there any differences?
