How do I make something, let it be a ball, fixed in its spawn coordinates so that it can be hit, kicked, or moved.

Like this picture I want the ball to remain fixed in its position as long as no one moves it or kicks it.

I mean, why would it move if nothing causes it to move?

I would think being fixed in one spot would be the default until you implement logic to move it.

Oh, I forgot to add the most important thing.The ball has weight or has a force of gravity acting on it. I don't really want it to be like in space.
