well from blurry error messages, it looks like numpy didn't install properly, but it could easily be something else as well

I fixed the numpy issue initially i downloaded it from the requirements file but even tho it says it installed i still get thecerror so i did it manually
Im facing a tensorflow error however i tried lower versions but it didnt work it says that it cant find it
I tried switching to tflite but the vae file imported uses keras which is not supported
I tried using the github link method also didnt work
