Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
Maybe you should post your code, and whatever output it makes, and ask specific questions.
how do i make a top level widget?
i have a code rn and i want to make it so that the gui has a button and when i click that button it opens one of my cods
For this you just make a Button widget, call .grid on it, then it's .mainloop().
button = tk.Button(text="Button", command=your_function)
button.grid()
button.mainloop()
This would call the function your_function when someone clicks the button.
There's an example very basic programme here: https://docs.python.org/3/library/tkinter.html#a-hello-world-program
in the python docs.
