there is a part in my code to upload a file to dropbox but as you may know if you create an app on dropbox and generate access code it will get expired in 4 hours and i want a non expired token.

There's a section down below on refresh tokens. They mention offline app (as in no user input to refresh auth)

Applications that require offline access to the API - meaning using the API when the end user is not actively interacting through your app - will not be able to prompt for re-authorization. These apps may instead use long-lived refresh tokens can be used to obtain new access tokens.
