i've been wanting to start coding with python but when i want to install the new versions installer for windows (64-bit) i keep getting this page in my browser.

aside of that current 403 issue: Depending on what you want to do, you might want to use 3.12 for now, as there is a tendency for 3rd party libraries to not be compatible with 3.13 yet.
