I was wondering if its possible to increase my memory of the NumPy array to avoid an error like this

That memory is not specific to numpy, let alone one specific array

That is trying to allocate <n> bytes of memory from your RAM

Typically your options are pretty much either increase the amount of memory your computer has or close/delete other things that are using memory

you might be able to just work with smaller batches (as in, rewrite your program to use smaller arrays) instead of whatever that 25025 represents?
