You can worry about those later. Start with the bare basics. You'll only need to install the addons only when you know you need them

You don't even need to install the latest Python. MacOS ships with Python. I'm on Sonoma (one major release behind) and it comes with Python 3.9. Which is sufficient for most stuff.
