Write exit. And then exit.
Apparently if you had dual boot with broken linux, double exit will boot you to Windows... Or accidental booting to grub otherwise will boot to your os.

Currently, when I start my computer, this screen is shown. I do not have any other options, it boots into this within a second of starting my computer.
I used to have Windows 8.1 dual booted with
