🔒 help with replacing outliers in feature

this is my code
cond = (df[feature] > upper_whisker | df[feature] < lower_whisker)
mean = df_clean[feature].mean

df_clean[feature] = numpy.where(cond ,mean ,df[feature]) and this is the error im seeing: Cannot perform 'ror_' with a dtyped [float64] array and scalar of type [bool]. I cant understand why im getting this
