  1. Commit whatever you have.
  2. Use Refactor to rename whatever you need
  3. Commit the rename
  4. Continue working

That's how I'd go about it. I don't have a habit of committing often, but rename itself introduces a lot of changes to files, so I'd prefer to have it in another commit
