I am facing a problem, which is that if I run the program after extracting the exe, the graphical interface appears normally, but the problem is that if I open the program again, a new graphical interface appears as shown in the picture.
I want to check whether the program is running or not. If it is running, direct it to the graphic destination or show it in the middle of the screen instead of opening another window.

Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
Closes after a period of inactivity, or when you send !close.
This could be done simply with a flag of some sort, even say just the presence of a file, and there'd be some os specific libs for window manipulation
!pypi tendo
!pypi pywin32
