Win267 Error when running a user generated template

I was creating a user generated project according to This guide
And I got a (this was truncated)

NotADirectoryError: [WinError 267] The directory name is invalid: 'C:\\Users\\hp\\Desktop\\Scripts\\Templates\\Sample-Project\\{{cookiecutter.directory_name}}\\{{cookiecutter.file_name}}.py'

What I've run:

 python -m cookiecutter 'C:\Users\hp\Desktop\Scripts\Templates\Sample-Project\{{cookiecutter.directory_name}}'

In the Sample-Project directory
