i have just installed python.im trying to use pip and im getting this error:

ok seems like i have another issue if you can please help

so i can use pip with python -m pip install [package name]

but when i type pip only now im getting this

That means pip is not on your PATH. You should re-run your 3.12 installer, select edit/repair, and check "add scripts to path"
