looks like a indentation issuse, it seems that

        await client.get_channel(Faqchannel).send(embed=embed)
        await interaction.response.send_message(
            "Úspešne som odoslal danú správu!", ephemeral=True)

should be indented with if (section.value == "4"):

its outside of that if statment, so itll always run, im assuming it should only in that if statement

you just need to add 4 more spaces in front of those 2 lines
