The bot seems to have deleted my post summary

Basically I have had issues building all day and ruled out everything down to vcvarsall.bat

Anything involving building wheel gives me the error

And yes I have installed/uninstalled wheel, checked my PATH, used a venv, etc.

I also repaired and updated my VS 2022

How can I fix this build tool?

The pastebin there is just the latest error, but I've been getting ones exactly like it whenever I try to build something involving wheel

They always have the same error, being vcvarsall.bat failed to execute building wheel
