I want to make a python gui based program/app that contains all these different kind of trainings, ofcourse it's for me and my friends no commercial value... I'm a gamer and now I'm kind of stuck, i wanna do all these trainings but the videos/shorts resolution and size is too low for any training purpose.. Also ik a bit of python & c++ programming, I'm a Computer Science student and as it says all I'm still a student and don't know much about tech and programming...

if u mean the exercise is effective then yes it is
I'm following another exercise for some time, and i can really see the difference... but that exercise is limited π
