Herers the folder its in, I get the error

you need to point your terminal to that same directory

you are in the wrong folder

you have to be in the same folder as your code is

"shift + right click" in that directory inside the explorer window and then you can click on "open terminal here" or just type "powershell" where eivl is pointing to
