Can anyone help me with writing 6columns where some are already premade but i want to be able to write a slider/dropdown where i can modify values and do some math?

i have this " 0 Marcio Franco 13 13 9.10 13.60 " 13 .60 must change whenever i change the number in a slider and it does the whole calculation again
