🔒 cant use pyinstaller after a fresh python install

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C:\Python312\python.exe" "C:\Python312\Scripts\pyinstaller.exe" -v': The system cannot find the file specified.

i tried pip install pyinstaller
and everything seems fine but when i try to use pyinstaller to make an exe from .py it doenst work
