are the only resources available that test problem solving similair to these like hackerrank? i want to learn to problem solve as i struggle with this and have gone through all the possible free pdf worksheets available to me. I want something similair to these to do everyday that increase in difficulty level. I am a noob fyi.

I would just start looking into common projects. You'll learn far more doing projects than small questions like this.
