Find/come up with a beginner ML project, and just learn whatever numpy functionality you need to do that one project.

i still preparing for ml like learning maths and some modules
I recommend starting by making a classifier. (And learning what classification is.)

No. Learn about different types of machine learning algorithms (which are not the algorithms you learn about in a DSA course) and how they use the training data to produce a model.

Whether you "need" to take it depends on what you mean by "need". It will be required for the degree that you need to get a job.

To be an ml engineer, a computer science degree is virtually required, and every computer science degree program will have a general DSA course that is not about ML.
Every CS student will take it, even if they don't go into ML

You will have to take it in the future. You do not need to take a DSA course before you enroll in a computer science degree program at a university
