🔒 Is there any solution for echo cancellation when the microphone picks up speaker output?

Using recording and playback stream with pyaudio and mic picking up speaker output is my only problem if I dont use a headset or push activated.

There seems to be software solutions to this like Pulseaudio but I can't be relying on installing and configuring that on multiple platforms. I was hoping to be able to find within python solution or examples.
