#🔒 File missing

So, im pretty new to python and coding. Recently I made a copy of one of my coding projects files to put in a new folder where i will store my python projects. Afterwards, I cannot find the original file in file explorer but I can see it and open it when im choosing a file in IDLE. How can i find and delete the original file in file explorer?
