is there any AI or API to be used with python, to check clips inside a long video, if the clip is exists inside the long video or how many times the clip is in the long video??

just iterate through the frames of the video and match them to the target frames

an efficient search algorithm could do it instantly

Actually, there is one that can be used and its called OpenVC, and its a vision library
