As far as i know i always download my dependencied through terminal uusing pip

So i would say it is safe

yes, which is why you shouldn't pip install something some random guy just gives you

but when i pip install something it cames from a server database or the pc of the person that makes it?

what I mean is, the code you download itself can be a virus

because packages are made by people too
and in some cases, those people can have malicious intent, so they write bad code and upload it to pypi
