_tkinter.TclError: can't invoke "frame" command: application has been destroyed

So the script I have is suppose to generate 3 rows that are 8 high, and then it generates an accuracy (example 43.32%), but I am getting the error listed above and have no idea if it will even do thatm so if someone could check that out and help it would be wonderful!
