Hello guys, I was trying to update a plug-in on pycharm but I got this error message, does anyone know what should I do to overcome this please... should I update something ?

The error is saying the plugin requires a newer version of PyCharm.

usually I obtain pycharm updates but I haven't obtain any notification though, is that normal ?

yeah, u can click on "check for updates" not getting notifications is common
