I have a code that retrieves data from API and stores it in postgersql DB but this APIs not mine and i have checked that i can use them and they are available for public,
I want to modify my code to have FastAPI endpoints routes with pagination

I have checked some videos on YouTube but it's not working with me

Anyone can help?

I think I'm in the mid way but I really stuck in the correct syntax I guess as it gives me runtime errors but not a syntax errors.
