Remember opengl is only a graphics api so it may already be included with some nvidia gpus.

It also makes a standard too for those apis.

But based on the error i would check glutinit

To see if it has a bool

Basicly if your using glutinit it would usually have a bool

But i feel like i would leave this up to someone else that can guide you.
