What does each row represent?

A day? An hour?

In your example, the blanks are just None/NA values.

average number of tasks

by default it would be treated as N/A (None / not available / missing data), but depending on the project, you may filter it and do something specifically on rows where the data is missing

if you have any more practical/direct questions you have to show what your actual data though, as in, what you are actually using to create the dataframe - not some graphical representation of it, but as text / as a file
