🔒 Why is datetime one hour behind?

I'm on Windows 10 and using Python 3.9

I use datetime.datetime.now(datetime.timezone.utc) but it remains at 1 hour behind the actual time no matter what I do.

How can I fix this?

yes, london time is utc+1.
