Is there a free, web-based AI that is usable on python? I am using a random question generator, and I am wondering if there is a AI usable on python that has no download, and is free, this is so I can automate a bot that will be given an input of a question, and gives an output within seconds, to automate something.

there is ollama you could run locally. but just like anything else related to AI, it requires a decent GPU.
