Sender spoofing? Do you even have to ask that?
Good luck. This is one of the hardest (for no good reason) things to do. But you need to use an smtp server. If you need to send a ton of emails, that will cost like $35/m. If you only need to send a small amount of emails, there are free tiers. You can also try your luck with google’s smtp
