🔒 Need help throwing errors when a function input is Callable(Transpiler)

Im cuerrently working on a python to html transpiler of sorts and have a input to a function which allows nesting html. But when that function is off i want the text input to throw an error if its callable but not exactly sure how to create it.

If possible you could help me throw an error if the text input is a function but Is_Internal = false in the internal element
