What's a quick and robust way to add all the numbers together in a list that also contains items that are not numbers?

Example: [2, "wild", 3.55, math.NaN, 1]
Expecting: 6.55

add it. there are ints and floats mixed. it's a really weird list.

you can use the isinstance(x, (int, float)) to check if x is an integer or a float
You should be able to take it from there
