#🔒 How can I fix this code to make each of the buttons go to a different sub-menu

Typed a code for the main menu of my pygame to test out the main menu and I want to now make sub-menus since I want the working buttons to have some purpose. If you can help pls dm me because I am really stuck on this part of my code.
