🔒 How can I fetch to tiki for scraping data

cmd open as admin -> pip install scrapy -> scrapy shell -> fetch("https://tiki.vn/") but I can't have the access to the website . Can any teacher in here help me figure how to do it correctly pls ? I just learn it this evening
